Terms of Service for Respondey

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Respondey platform (“Service”), located at https://www.respondey.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

  1. Description of Service

Respondey provides an artificial intelligence-driven solution designed to assist business owners in managing and responding to customer reviews on Google Maps and Google Business Profile. The Service uses automated tools to draft and, upon user authorization, post responses to reviews.

  2. Google API Usage

Our Service integrates with Google Business Profile via Google APIs. By using Respondey, you also agree to be bound by the Google Terms of Service and the Google Business Profile Additional Terms of Service.

  1. Authorization

To function, Respondey requires you to grant access to your Google Business Profile account via OAuth 2.0. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account security settings.

You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your business.

  1. Review of AI Content

Respondey uses advanced AI models to generate responses. However, you are ultimately responsible for the content posted to your Google Business Profile. We strongly recommend reviewing all automated drafts. Respondey is not liable for any responses that may be deemed inaccurate, offensive, or in violation of Google’s content policies.

  1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate spam or deceptive content.
  • Post responses that contain hate speech, harassment, or illegal material.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  1. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and technology used to provide the Service are the exclusive property of Respondey or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for your internal business purposes.

  1. Fees and Payments

Respondey is a subscription-based SaaS. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that service. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days’ notice.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Respondey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising out of your use of the Service or actions taken by Google regarding your Business Profile.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated responses will always meet your expectations or Google’s evolving algorithm requirements.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Respondey is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
