  1. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Respondey utilizes advanced artificial intelligence models (including the Claude API) to generate response drafts for customer reviews.

  • Accuracy: While we strive for professional and contextually relevant outputs, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated text.
  • User Oversight: The “Autopilot” and “Approval” modes are tools provided for convenience. The final decision to publish any content remains with the user. Respondey is not responsible for any grammatical errors, factual inaccuracies, or tone-of-voice mismatches produced by the AI.
  1. Business Results and Rankings

Respondey does not guarantee:

  • Specific improvements in your Google Maps local search ranking.
  • Increases in revenue or customer acquisition.
  • The removal of negative reviews or any specific action from Google’s moderation team. The effectiveness of the Service depends on various external factors, including Google’s evolving algorithms and the user’s overall business performance.
  1. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Respondey, its founders, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Actions taken by Google against your Business Profile (including suspension or shadow-banning) due to the use of automated tools.
  • Negative customer reactions to AI-generated responses.
  • Data loss or service interruptions caused by third-party integrations (Airtable, Make.com, or Google APIs).
  1. Compliance with Third-Party Terms

Users of Respondey are responsible for ensuring that their use of automation tools complies with the latest version of the Google Business Profile Policy. Respondey is not responsible for any violations of third-party terms of service committed by its users.
